We’re looking for a Junior Content Manager who’s eager to learn and ready to grow into a strategic content role. You’ll assist in creating, organizing, and publishing content while working closely with our senior team to bring campaigns to life.
Responsibilities
Support the development of content strategies across web, social, and video.
Assist in writing and editing copy for campaigns, blogs, and social posts.
Help maintain content calendars and track deadlines.
Collaborate with designers and videographers to keep projects moving.
Monitor content performance and share insights with the team.
Requirements
1–2 years experience in marketing, content creation, or communications (internships count).
Strong writing and editing skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic SEO.
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow into a more senior role.
Bonus if you have a portfolio of writing or creative work.
Compensation & Perks
$40K–$50K annually, depending on experience.
Mentorship and training from senior content strategists.
Flexible hybrid/remote schedule.
